Jordi X. Kellogg, MD

Jordi X. Kellogg, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in treating spinal disorders at Kellogg Brain and Spine, which has locations in Wilsonville and Portland, Oregon. Dr. Kellogg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California at Irvine, and his Master of Science degree in physiology from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He then earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California. Dr. Kellogg continued his training with an internship in general surgery and a residency in neurological surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. He also completed a Fellowship at the Dotter Interventional Institute of Oregon Health Sciences University. He is currently working towards his OHSU Healthcare MBA. Dr. Kellogg is board certified in neurosurgery and has been in practice since 2001. He is active in professional organizations, maintaining memberships in the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and American Medical Association. Dr. Kellogg has served as a presenter at numerous scientific and medical conferences around the country and internationally. He is also the author of many abstracts and articles published in peer-reviewed journals, in addition to a book chapter. Dr. Kellogg is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan. When Dr. Kellogg is not in the clinic or performing surgery, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His favorite pastimes are sailing, reading, and training for triathlons.

Jackie Sena

Jackie joined our practice in 2014. She graduated from Concorde Career College in 2012 as an AAMA Certified Medical Assistant. She previously worked as a Dental Assistant at Dr. Warf Family Dentistry, and as Front Office Lead/Medical Assistant for Concentra Urgent Care Centers. Jackie’s wide-ranging skills include patient-flow coordinating, customer service, patient vital signs, and obtaining health histories. Jackie is also CPR and HIPAA certified. Jackie currently serves as the Surgery & Referral Coordinator and part time Medical Assistant for Dr. Kellogg and Omar. Jackie’s communication skills and work ethic strongly contribute to the running of the practice. Her many tasks include coordinating outgoing referrals, scheduling surgeries, and obtaining insurance authorizations. She is very active in her church’s Women’s Ministry, serving on the women’s board, and acting as a ministry event coordinator.

Joey Dobbie

Joey Dobbie joined the practice in 2022. She graduated from Concorde Career College in 2012 as an AAMA Certified Medical Assistant. She previously worked as a Medical Assistant for a small Family practice physician. Her wide-ranging skills include customer service, obtaining vital signs and health histories along with insurance verification and scheduling/coordinating incoming referrals. She is a wonderful asset to our practice and is very customer service oriented.
